All orders are custom made to order and are therefore considered final, non refundable and non returnable. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to report the damage so that we can resolve the issue.

Catherine Mead Gallery takes great care to ensure that all artwork arrives safely. However unfortunately damage can occur during transit which is beyond our control. In such cases, we require that any damage claims must be filed within 3 days of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our shipment carrier and thus cannot assume responsibility. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if there is an issue, please carefully follow these instructions:

1. When the shipment arrives, please examine the outside of the box and please note any visible damage.

2. If damaged, please take a picture of the outside of the box before you open it.

3. Open the package and take pictures of all damage points.

4. Please send all photos and your contact information to gallery@catherinemeadgallery.com with the subject line “Damage – Order Number -.” Your order number can be found in our e-mail updates to you.

All open editions are digitally signed on the bottom right corner of the print. We have elected to sign digitally in order to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainability. Shipping a print from our pro lab for Catherine Mead to hand sign, and then ship to you, or back to the framer for framing, adds unnecessary carbon emissions that we seek to avoid.

All Limited Editions are both digitally signed on the bottom right corner of the print, and are also accompanied by a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity card.

In order to reduce our carbon emissions, and environmental impact, Catherine has chosen to digitally sign each photograph rather than create multiple shipments. Catherine has handsigned her signature in her studio, which has then been scanned and applied by the pro photo lab to the image.

All Limited Edition prints come with the hand signed Certificate of Authenticity also.

When purchasing a Limited Edition print, if you’d like to confirm which edition number you will receive, please email us at gallery@catherinemeadgallery.com

All Limited Edition prints are accompanied by a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity.

All prices are subject to change, and we retain the right to adjust prices as needed.

As the limited editions are purchased for each artwork, and fewer pieces are available in the edition, the price therefore increases incrementally. The current prices are listed on the website.

We do not license our images for others to print.
